KOPY-RITE can serve as the final distribution point for your product. This can help to get the product out faster, reduce the hassle, and save money on shipping.

One-Time Distribution

Whether you are providing a software update, sending out a promotional demo, or forwarding a corporate communication KOPY-RITE can handle the final distribution directly to the end-user. You provide the address list (preferably in an electronic format) and KOPY-RITE will process the shipment according your specifications.

On-Going Fulfillment

KOPY-RITE can help you get out of the shipping business and allow you to focus on other critical management tasks such as selling and customer service.

KOPY-RITE will build your product(s) according to your stocking level and physically warehouse it in our facility. You will receive the orders, process the payments, etc, and then forward them to KOPY-RITE according to your needs (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.). We will pull the product, package it, and then ship it. This is all done according to your timetable, including same-day service. In addition to the shipping KOPY-RITE also maintains and provides inventory reports.

Data Exchange

KOPY-RITE can receive your data in a variety of electronic formats. Once your data is imported KOPY-RITE can then use it to ship via UPS, Federal Express, or US Mail. After the products are shipped KOPY-RITE will extract the tracking numbers (for UPS/FedEx) and provide you with a shipping report (either printed or electronically).
