REQUEST A QUOTE / INFORMATION

Kopy-Rite will respond promptly to any request for quote or information inquiry. We have general price sheets that are available. If you would like a custom quote please feel free to call, email or fax your request. In order to quote we will require some basic information:

Please specify the following:

1) Type of Media (DVD, CD-ROM, DVD/R, CD/R, Diskettes, Tapes, etc.). If you are unsure which would be best then simply specify "Whatever works best..."

3) Turn Time: Please let us know if you are working with a specific timeline. If you know when the master and artwork will be ready, and the final due date of your project, this is extremely helpful. If not, we will quote the standard turn time. Please note that rush turns are available, even same day turns! However, there is a maximum quantity that can be produced per day, and must be scheduled in advance. Please contact your account manager in advance for scheduling, availability and premium pricing.

4) Media Printing Requirements: Pantone (spot) or Four Color Process (Replicated Discs). If unsure then provide a brief description of the artwork so that we can make a recommendation. If using spot colors, please specify number the of colors, and indicate whether any of them are specialty colors (i.e. metallic, custom mixed, etc.)

Thermal / Ink Jet / Microdry Printing** (typically for CD/R and DVD/R printing)

White flood required? Many jobs have a white flood coat applied before the colors, especially when working in four color process. If a white flood is omitted then the silver from the media will show through, and will alter the appearance of the colors. However, many artwork layouts are designed using the silver background - we will never assume a white flood is required unless it is specified with the order.

5) Non-standard size? (Biz Card, custom shape CD's, etc?)

6) Packaging Requirements: Standard packaging is a jewel case, paper or tyvec sleeve, clamshell, clear vinyl sleeve, etc. Include any additional information that you believe would be helpful.

7) Printing requirements: Do you need traycards or inserts to for jewel case packaging? Please specify number of panels/colors (i.e. 4 panel 4/0). If you are unfamiliar with the terminology then provide a brief description that shows how many pages you need, how many sides are printed, and whether they are four color, black & white, or a mix. Do you need a printed sleeve, mailer, product box, other?

8) Shipping/Fulfillment: KOPY-RITE can take care of complete shipping and fulfillment of your product. We can drop ship it direct to your end-user. We can ship partials or split the shipments. Please let us know, and we will be happy to send you a quote!

NOTE: ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS AND GUIDELINES MUST BE FOLLOWED. ARTWORK ISSUES ARE THE NUMBER ONE REASON PROJECT DELAYS OCCUR.
